The
investment committee is made up of SIDCO’s shareholders’
representatives. It meets as often as necessary to address
funding issues and take decisions pertaining to investment.
It approves the amounts, the terms as well as the conditions
of shareholding.
The developer is duly informed of the investment committee’s
decision.
